Today we are featuring a nice driver 1986 Porsche 911 Targa that is finished in Guards Red over a Black leather interior. This vehicle has just under 120k miles and has a manual transmission.
The Guards Red exterior on this driver 1986 Porsche 911 Targa looks to be in great condition all around. The seller notes that the vehicle has been repainted in its original color. It looks like it was very well done as the paint has a nice deep shine all around. All gaps seem to line up properly.
Equipped with the correct Fuchs wheels that have been professionally redone and powder coated.
The Black leather interior definitely needs a little bit of love, but there isn’t anything too serious. In the original ad the seller mentions that there is a minor crack on the dashboard, but it is not captured in any of the original pictures.
Both front seats show quite a bit of wear. It doesn’t looks look like there are any rips or tears in the seats but it could definitely use a dye job. In between the seats is an aftermarket elbow rest. The steering wheel could use some attention as well as it looks pretty warn down.
An aftermarket stereo and speakers have been installed. This driver 1986 Porsche 911 Targa has 119,774 miles and is equipped with a 5 speed manual transmission.
Overall this is a pretty good example of a nice driver quality 911 Targa. It is a matching numbers vehicle and has just had a respray. Through a little bit of love into the interior and you’ll have yourself a solid 911.
The seller has also noted that the engine in this driver 1986 Porsche 911 Targa has been gone through and just received a tune up that included new spark plugs, wires and distributor.
The auction for this vehicle ends in a little less than 2 days and at the time of writing this Classifind the current bid is $25,102. It should be noted as well that the reserve has not been met.
