This is a nice looking driver 1988 Porsche 911 coupe equipped with the highly desirable G50 manual transmission. This G50 coupe is Guards Red in color with Black leather interior and currently has 139,000 miles.
The Guards Red paint appears to be in great condition from the pictures. It has a nice shine and I do not see any sorts of major scratches or dents. The seller does not specify if the paint is original or not.
Only a single interior picture is provided in the ad but I am quite impressed with how clean it looks for the mileage it has been driven. The dash seems crack free and I do not see any sort of rips or tears in the seats. Driver seat looks to have minimal wear but hard to tell about the passenger side due to the angle of the photo.
The seller says that everything operates as it should including the air conditioning.
This G50 coupe has only had 4 owners during its life and comes with extensive records, receipts, fuel logs, and even owner notes.
A recent maintenance includes new tie rods, clutch, oil tubes, exhaust manifold gaskets, rear window seal, fresh oil, and miscellaneous clamps. Minor tasteful upgrades that have been installed are Lindsey Racing Forged wheels, Fabspeed exhaust, and Koni adjustable suspension.
At the time of this post the ad has been up for 3 days and the sellers current asking price is $35,000.
