Today we are featuring one of my favorite 911 variants available and that is the M491. If you’re not sure what that is, its the code for a factory option to essentially make your 911 into a 930 turbo BUT without the turbo. This means you get the wider body and brakes, etc…
This is a beautiful driver 1985 Porsche 911 M491 (Turbo-Look) coupe in a highly desirable color combination of Black on Black with 130,000 miles.
Overall the exterior of the car looks great. Seller believes that the paint is original except for the hood and engine cover. There aren’t any noticeable dings or dents anywhere other than a few rock chips in the front bumper which is expected from a vehicle that has been driven a decent amount.
The interior looks pretty decent. There is some noticeable wear on both the driver and passenger seats. On front and side bolster of the driver seat it appears that they may have patched up some sort of rips and there is also noticeable wear on the passenger side bolster as well. The dash looks great and appears to be crack free.
This M491 Turbo-Look has had the same owner for the past 3 years and they claim that the only reason they are selling is because they don’t have much time to drive it.
It is said to overall be in very good condition and runs/drives great with no issues.
The new owner will receive tons of service records, the original bill of sale, and the Porsche Certificate of Authenticity. At the time of this posting the ad has been live for 5 days and their current asking price is $54,500.
